I’ve had nothing but awesome experience with Fit & Healthy Chef. Competing in a weight class sport like Thaiboxing at a professional level requires a calculated approach to nutrition management and regimented preparation.
After a couple of years of dedicating my only (and increasingly limited) free time to meal prep it started to feel like managing hitting my targets with maximising my performance and recovery was an impossible balancing act.
